as computer-aided design (CAD),

Electrical engineering is the design, 

development, testing and management

of the manufacturing of electrical equipment.

Mathematical modeling of dynamic systems and assemblies. This allows DPK to better design a product before production as well as help the customer to better see where the final design is going as well as what the outcome will be. 

Automated fixture design is an innovative method to reduce the workflow time necessary to create vitals tools for manufacturing. Automated fixture design typically involves the use of one or more expert systems. Computer-aided fixture design is used to better meet the need for our customers to keep costs down while maintaining a high quality  and efficient product outcome. 

DPK can provide 2D and 3D modeling/drafting as well as high quality 30 frames per second high definition  commercial quality video that can be used to promote/sell your product. 

At DPK we are very excited to offer 3D printing design capabilities for metal and plastic components. This allows us to test your product from the first prototype all the way up to the final product, saving time and money. 

DPK offers gas, mechanical and electrical testing capabilities.  Testing allows us to test designs to ensure that they meet the clients needs and are ready for production and beyond. 

DPK uses software in the design process to create detailed 3D models or 2D production control drawings. DPK uses the following software:

• Solidworks - Engineering 3D Design and Analysis 

• Rhinocerous - 3D Design and Photo Rendering  

• Maple - Mathematical Analysis Software

• Minitab - Statistical Analysis Software

With 3D printers in house. DPK has the ability to deliver you a prototype of your product. 3D printers DPK uses:

• FormLabs Form 3 Printer 

( Max Part Size: 5.7 × 5.7 × 7.3 in )

• FPM 3d printer F430 equiped with dual extruders, is able to print with PLA, ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon fiber, Flexible and also able to print High performance material, PEEK and ULTEM. (Max Part Size: 400mmLx350mmWx350mmH)

DPK has a CNC Metal Milling Machine.  We can make any custom design, simple or complex.
